The World Economic Forum estimates that reuse could reach up to 70% of consumption by 2030.
Primary packaging is that used by the final consumer. They can therefore also contain food products, cosmetics or detergents.
They are found both in retail (supermarkets) but also in commercial and collective catering or even during events.
It can be flower pots, glass jars, bottles, flasks, tupperware, cups, serving trays... which can be made of glass, stainless steel or reusable plastic.
Example: operational diagram for a restaurant
Here, a pooler provides the end consumer with a means of managing their deposit as well as collection points to simplify their experience and facilitate their adoption of this new mode of consumption.
A logistician, who may be ETERNITY Systems or a partner of your choice, then collects all the dirty containers and packaging via adapted urban logistics to bring them to a massification point.
We then collect this packaging to take it to our regional industrial washing centers in order to sort, check, wash, disinfect, dry and repackage it according to the needs of future packagers, whether they are producers, manufacturers or restaurateurs. The clean packaged packaging is then stored or returned directly for a new loop!
Since the packaging is in direct contact with the finished products consumed, the strictest sanitary conditions are applied throughout the cycle.
We have also developed special expertise in monitoring quality and safety constraints to guarantee the food compatibility of the packaging washed by us.
Each of our sites follows a HACCP and ISO approach.
Added to this are recurrent internal and external bacteriological, pathogen and allergen tests.
