Three programs
to join us
Whether you are fresh out of school, looking for your first international assignment or a gateway to employment, there is a suitable integration program within the Group.

Graduate
- Recruitment of young graduates from engineering schools and universities
- An 18-month learning program for 3 students from France, Germany, and Spain
- Training on the sites of these 3 countries (1 country per semester)
- Experience in different core businesses (technical and management functions)
Program
V.I.E (INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP)
- Training in France then professional mission in the United States, as well as in Spain, Portugal and Germany
- An apprenticeship program in each country on functions as different as logistics, maintenance, design offices or Human Resources

- ETERNITY Systems works to onboard people in difficulty (refugees, etc.) and newcomers in administrative order by integrating them professionally into the Group
- A 4-6 week onboarding program to familiarize new employees with the company culture: Welcome gift, site visits, meetings with the teams

I arrived within Rancho plant in 2011 as a manufacturing operator.
Little by little, I learned about the machines, productivity... I was given more and more responsibilities. I even held the position of site manager between recruitments.
Today, I take care of the production of the washing center and I enjoy it. The atmosphere, the teams to manage, always trying to improve, that's what I like above all.

I arrived at the Cestas site when it opened in 2018 as a forklift driver. The atmosphere is warm. I've always liked changing sites and previously I was on the sites of Bondoufle and Lisses. I held positions as handler and forklift operator. ETERNITY Systems It's a wonderful adventure with extraordinary people, always there for us and who know how to appreciate us. It's priceless.
I am currently the IPS & CPS Director for ETERNITY Systems oversee four industrial washing sites for primary and secondary packaging in France, Germany, and Canada, and I also coordinate commercial aspects. I'm never bored. I'm constantly seeking improvement, and my current passion is supporting teams towards greater responsibility and autonomy, all while fostering a supportive environment.
I'm part of the group ETERNITY Systems since 1999 after spending 10 years within the SATFER company. I have been in chartering for 28 years and now provide the direct link between IFCO, our historic client and the France team. At work, I have always been dynamic and did my best to see the company grow.

In February 2022, I spent 10 months at the Fresno car wash in California, a human-scale and very dynamic site. The VIE (International Internship Program) was an intense, disorienting, surprising, and incredibly enriching experience for me, both professionally and personally. I discovered exceptional places and people and was fortunate to be mentored by many of them. Sharing their daily lives showed me that anything is possible and gave me the opportunity to push my limits. I am proud to be part of this company and to work for its future. Upon returning to France, I took on the role of HR and CSR Development Officer to support the company in its transformation.
At the start of my internship I was assigned to logistics, but I also had smaller projects in other areas (e.g. production and human resources). I particularly enjoy working in a very young team with a flat hierarchy, which means I quickly get to know many employees – from the production employee to the country manager – and also get to work on projects with them. At the house of ETERNITYWe place great importance on the well-being of our employees!
I joined the group as a Production Agent in the summers of 2016 and 2017, then I moved into the position of Administrative Logistics Agent for the summer of 2020.
In March 2021, I joined Franck Andrieux's team for an internship to train in business development.
Since September 2021, I have been a permanent employee and am a Business Development Project Manager.
My ambition is to continue the steps taken by the company, to diversify it and I am looking for new partners to support them on the path to reuse.
