industrial washing of reusable containers
Industrial washing has been our core business for over 30 years. We clean large volumes of reusable containers, regardless of your market, your constraints, whether your packaging is made of plastic, stainless steel or glass.
Each waste stream is processed on a dedicated line, with a protocol defined according to the required hygiene level and the final use of the container. to guarantee optimal cleanliness while respecting environmental requirements.
Packaging depalletization
The pallets of dirty containers are unpacked at the beginning of the line.
Place containers on the production line
Each container is placed on the conveyor to enter the process.
Identification of packaging
The containers are identified and tracked according to their reference number.
Opening, checking and rejecting defective items
The packages are opened, inspected, and damaged containers are discarded.
High-pressure jet washing, removal of
labels and disinfection
Washing removes dirt and labels, then disinfects the container.
Bins quality control
The cleanliness of each bin is checked after washing.
Automatic sorting and stacking of containers
Clean containers are sorted and stacked automatically.
Centrifuge drying
Centrifugal spinning dries the containers while saving energy.
Grouping of bins by reference
The containers are grouped by type to prepare for shipment.
Palletizing, strapping and labeling
The clean containers are palletized, strapped and labeled, ready to go again.

Our sites operate according to the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 45001the principles HACCP and European hygiene regulations. Laboratory samples are taken daily and supplemented by regular third-party checks, ensuring a level of cleanliness that meets food contact requirements.

Industrial washing: a low environmental impact solution
Thanks to our filtration and recirculation systems, our industrial washing process uses minimal water and energy; up to 70% of the water is reused, and one liter can be used up to 300 times. Our new technologies allow us to save up to 50% on water, and centrifugal spinning reduces energy consumption by approximately 40% compared to air drying.

Are you a manufacturer of reusable plastic, stainless steel or glass packaging and want to test the endurance of the new ranges you are developing and their compatibility with the constraints of industrial washing? Are you an analysis laboratory and carry out R&D projects? Are you a supplier of traceability solutions: labels, engraving, screen printing, QR code, RFID, etc. and want to test the endurance of your technology?
We support you in carrying out accelerated tests by setting the 4 key indicators of industrial washing according to your specifications: duration, temperature, chemistry, mechanical action.
