A look back at the articles citing the company's activity, published in the media during the last quarter of 2023.
ETERNITY Systems on the national reuse map
First of all, Restauration 21 highlights the mapping carried out by ADEME concerning the various shared industrial packaging washing centers in France (mainland and overseas). Thus, visitors will be able to find the location of the 4 ETERNITY Systems' washing centers on French territory.
La Semaine du Roussillon discusses the partnership established with Re-Uz, focusing on the ambitions of our two companies. It notably includes the main objective which is to offer “a complete, ecological and economical offer to communities, businesses and associations wishing to engage in a responsible approach, soon to be mandatory under the AGEC and EGALIM laws.”
This partnership is completed in a second article entitled “13 million reusable cups for the 2024 Olympics".
Questions about the development of packaging reuse
Articles for the month of November discussing ETERNITY Systems speak above all of the preponderant role that the company represents in the development of reuse. Emballages Magazines even devotes its entire article to ETERNITY Systems (concerning the washing of industrial and commercial packaging), to the point of even describing in its title the company's activity as "a step ahead". Ria questions the return of the packaging deposit. However, the question is centered on the economic model to be defined. Ria echoes the words of Franck ANDRIEUX (development manager at ETERNITY Systems) which evokes the fact that “customers ask to invest in washing equipment before having the volumes".
Process Alimentaire dedicates its article “Reuse and recycling: the paths to progress” to the challenges of industrializing reuse. To this end, the magazine recalls the round table organized on October 12 at the Ateliers de l’Emballages, in which Franck Andrieux shared the microphone with Alexis DUSANTER, co-founder of Bocoloco et Lauriane DELAMARREBulk & Reuse project manager of Citeo. This included the standardization of packaging. The monthly takes up the argument cited by Franck: “Standardization allows automation and higher throughput. This removes a sorting step upstream of the lines ».
Food Process quotes ETERNITY Systems in a 2nd article, this time in the highlights of the Prod&Pack show in Lyon, at which we were present last November. Eleonore BLONDEAU had mentioned the activity ofETERNITY Systems during the conference “Virtuous loops foreshadow the models of tomorrow.
In its last article in November, Process Alimentaire discusses the consortium Buddie-Pack and its research on the deployment of reusable plastic packaging on a European scale. ETERNITY Systems is cited as a consortium partner.
Les Echos echo the words of Eléonore BLONDEAU, who promotes reuse as a lever for the circular economy. For her, it's all a question of consensus: "to break down barriers and change scale, we need to bring together manufacturers, institutions, teacher-researchers, and other reuse experts."
